Meir Steigman Co-Founder
Meir is an expert in investments and financial regulation in Israel and abroad.
In his most recent position, he served in a senior position at the Israel's Prime Minister Office.
Meir was a lawyer in Meitar's high-tech department, helping and advising startup companies at various stages of their development, from founding to unicorn.

Meir was a member of PipelBiz founding team, Israel's first and leading equity crowd funding platform.
Meir served as a director of the Board and Finance Committee of the Hillel Association.
Meir holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Risk Management (Honors), a bachelor's degree in Law (Honors) and a master's degree in Law with a specialization in Business Law (Honors), from the Interdisciplinary Center, and is a graduate of Lahav Executives Program at Tel Aviv University.
Adi Weitzhandler Co-Founder
Adi was recognized by Forbes as one of the most promising young Israelis (30Under30), and currently serves on the advisory committee of list makers.
Adi is the founder of a global strategic business consulting company, which provides services to clients from all over the world in working with the Chinese market, with branches in Beijing and Shanghai.
Adi is an expert in international transactions and international corporate structures. She worked as a senior lawyer at the law firm Gross Kleinhender Hodak and at Fischer Bachar Chen, leading law firms in Israel.
Adi holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and Risk Management (Honors), a bachelor's degree in Law (Honors) and a master's degree in Law with a specialization in Business Law from the Interdisciplinary Center, and also graduated with honors from BLCU University in Beijing (Students Commencement Speaker).

Dan Nae
Dan has 30 years of capital markets experience spanning sales and marketing, investment and debt management, and raising capital. Dan spent 20 years tailoring structured products for U.S. institutional clients and has spent the last 10 years investing in venture capital and secondary shares for a private investment group.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a BSc in finance and psychology.
Ohad Basan CTO
Ohad is a senior software developer with vast experience and expertise in server side technologies and cloud infrastructure.
Ohad was a developer in leading startups and Fortune 500 companies such as: Red Hat, ironSource and Nexar.
Ohad also holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ben Gurion University.
Or Barzilay
Or brings vast experience in legal and tax advisory for startup companies including in international M&A transactions, employees’ equity-based award plans, venture capital funds, and employees’ relocation.
As part of her work as an attorney, Or has accompanied and advised many startup companies from formation through investment rounds, M&A and IPOs.
Her previous role was as an attorney at the EY tax department and previous to that she served as an attorney at the tax department at GKH law firm (Gross, Klinhendker, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg, Shenhav & co).

Ilana frenkel
Ilana was the founder of an equity fund in London that made investments of over half a billion pounds. Ilana also served as a board member and as a member of the fund's investment committee.
Prior to that, Ilana worked with Israel's largest corporates and conducted investment and financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions as a lawyer at APM, and established the commercial department in a leading law firm. Before that, she was the attaché to the Ambassador of European Commission in Israel.
Ilana graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Haifa with a LL.B in Law and a B.A in finance.
Reut Zilberberg
Reut is a lawyer and an accountant with seasoned experience in private equity transactions.
Reut worked in the tax department at Ernst & Young, Big 4 accounting firm, advising on transactions of companies and individuals in Israeli and international taxation matters.
Reut worked in Meitar Law Firm in the high-tech and tax departments, advising on structural change transactions, performing due diligence and examining options plans of employees.
Reut worked in the Prime Minister's Office in a key position in the business-financial field.
Reut has LL.B in law and B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Bar Ilan University.
Ben Yaniv Chechik
Yaniv is the co-founder and former CTO of the fintech unicorn, Payoneer.
Yaniv designed and built an entire solution systems ramp-up from scratch, in a challenging web, mobile and international environment
Yaniv is mentoring Valoo and contributing his 20 years' experience in R&D management, R&D Agile processes, Architecture planning, Product management, Project specification and development.
